Visa to the U.S.

The United States welcomes Chinese travelers to visit the U.S.  In 2006, the U.S. mission in China issued 268,000 visas to Chinese applicants.

Each year, many Fujianese visit the U.S., and the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou hopes to provide more opportunities for the Fujian people to visit the United States.  Although visa services currently are not available in Xiamen, we hope this "America on line" website will help you better understand the visa process.

Recently we have visited Xiamen University and other universities in Fuzhou to help provide visa application information, and in the future we will visit Fujian often to communicate with you and to discuss the visa application process.
